Ingredients
Combine9 Large Eggs, beaten Soy Milk, Natural, 3 cupsSpread one side of 9 slices of whole wheat bread with2 Tbsp. Dijon Mustard Bacon, 5 medium slices, cooked, crumbled Swiss Cheese, 1.5 cup, diced
Directions
In an 8 x 8 glass - greased, baking dish, layer all ingredients except for egg mixture and reserving 1/4 cup of swiss chees and one slice of bacon.
Cover with egg mixture pressing down bread until completely covered.
Top with remaining cheese and crumpled bacon.
Bake at 375 until bubbly and golden brown.
