My Favorite Chicken Fried Steak

Ingredients
*Beef Cube Steak 4oz, 4 serving (remove)*Wheat flour, white, all-purpose, enriched, calcium-fortified, .5 cup (remove)Egg substitute, liquid (Egg Beaters), 1 cup (remove)Salt, .25 tsp (remove)Pepper, black, .25 tsp (remove)*Canola Oil, .5 cup (remove)
Directions
In 1 medium bowl place flour, salt and pepper. In a second medium bowl pour egg beaters. Place canola oil in a large killet and bring to medium heat. Dredge each cube steak in flour mixture, dip in egg beaters and carefully place in pan and cook for 10 minutes before turning, then cook other side for 10 minutes. Cook longer if needed. Place on a cake rack placed on a cookie sheet and allow to rest 5 minutes. Cover with foil while completing gravy if desired.
