350g (1 bundle) spinach3 Tbsp soy sauce3 Tbsp dashi (broth)1 sheet sushi nori (seaweed)sesame seed (option)dried bonito flakes (katsuobushi)(option)
1. Wash and cook spinach until it becomes tender.
2. Soak in soy sauce and dashi for about 5 minutes. Squeeze off the liquid.
3. Open nori. Place spinach in the middle and wrap.
4. Sprinkle dry bonito flakes and/or sesame seed on top.
