Sesame Noodles, Quick

Ingredients
1 lb spaghetti or linguine, cooked4 Tablespoons parsley (or cilantro)3 cloves garlic1/4 cup soy sauce1/4 cup sesame oil1/4 cup canola oil1/2 cup peanut butter2 Tablespoons cooking sherry2 Tablespoons rice vinegar3 Tablespoons splenda. I used a pinch of stevia and omited the splenda.
Directions
Cook Pasta
Blend parsley and garlic in food processor until fine.
Add Soy sauce, oils, vinegar, sherry and sweetner.
Add enough peanut butter to make a slightly thick sauce.
Blend until smooth.
Add to pasta.
Can top with chopped scallions, sesame seeds, and/ or peanuts.
Serve Hot, Warm or Cold
Makes 8, 1 cup servings
