Oatmeal Breakfast Bars

Ingredients
Rolled Oats, 2 cupsEvaporated Nonfat Milk, 1 & 1/4 cupWalnuts, 1/2 cup, (chopped)Raisins, 1/3 cup Prunes, dried, 1/4 cup (chopped)Egg, 1 medium Vanilla Extract, 1 tspKosher Salt, 1/4 tspHoney, 2 tbsp Brown Sugar, 2 tbsp
Directions
Preheat oven to 350*
Mix dry ingredients.
Mix wet ingredients.
Pour wet into dry. Stir to combine.
Pour into a 9×9 baking dish either coated in cooking spray or lined with parchment.
Bake for 40 minutes.
Cut into 8 Bars
