Stuffed Flank Steak

Ingredients

Directions
Pound flank steak seasoned with salt and pepper.
Melt butter in chicken broth. Add to croutons along with chopped onion, celery and garlic. Mound on flank steak and roll against the grain. Tie into a roll.
Sear all sides. Pour tomato sauce on top and add rinsed can around rolled steak. Reduce heat and cook for 90 minutes. Cut into 8 slices.
