Soft Molasses Cookies

Ingredients
1/2 C Molasses 1C whole wheat flour1C white flour1tsp baking soda1/4C canned pumpkin1/4C reduced fat sour cream1 serving egg substitute1 1/2 tsp ground ginger1/2 tsp ground cloves1/2C light brown sugar-unpacked
Directions
Heat the oven to 350F.

In a large bowl combine dry ingredients; set aside. In mixing bowl beat wet ingredients until smooth. Slowly add the dry ingredients, beating on low. Drop by level tablespoonfuls on ungreased baking sheet. Bake for 10-12 minutes. Makes a soft cakey cookie.
