Slow-Cooker Chicken Marsala

8 boneless, skinless chicken thighs3 Tbsp. flour1/4 tsp. salt1/8 tsp. black pepper1 Tbsp. extra virgin olive oil1 medium onion, minced1 (14.5 oz) can of diced tomatoes, undrained1/2 cup Marsala wine1/2 cup chicken stock1/4 cup chopped flat-leaf parsley
1) Sprinkle chicken with flour, salt, pepper. Heat olive oil in large skillet over medium heat. Add chicken; cook until lightly browned, about 5 minutes, then remove from heat and place in slow cooker.
2) Add onion, tomatoes, wine, stock to skillet; bring to boil. Pour into slow cooker. Cover and cook on low for 8-9 hours or until chicken is thoroughly cooked. Sprinkle with parsley and serve immediately.
