Ingredients
Apples, fresh, 5 medium grated with peelCanola Oil, 1 cup Buttermilk, .5 cup Egg, fresh, 3 large Cinnamon, ground, 3 tsp Nutmeg, ground, .5 tspSalt, 2 tsp Splenda for baking , I cupOatmeal, 0.5 cup Flaxseed, .25 cup Flour, whole grain, 2 cupsBaking Soda, 1 tsp Baking Powder, 2 tsp Walnuts, 1 cup, chopped
Directions
Mix ingredients in order by hand!
(Sift flour soda and baking soda)
Do not over mix
Mixture should be thick
Spoon into 9 x 13 Cake pan, greased and floured
Bake at 350 40 min or until knife comes out clean
Opt: sprinkle on hot cake splenda / cinn mix
