Ingredients
14oz Whole grain linguine3 cups small broccoli florets3 carrots cut into think slices4 oz fat free cream cheese1 cup milk (skim)1/3 cup shredded parmesan cheese1/4 cup butter2 garlic cloves ( i like garlic add to your taste)
Directions
Cook Spaghetti in large saucepan as directed on package, adding vegetable to the boiling water the last 3 minutes.

MEanwhile, cook remaining ingredients in saucepan on medium-low until cream cheese is completely melted and mixture is well blended, stirring occasionally.

Drain spaghetti mixture, return to pan. Add sauce, toss to coat.

Makes 10 1-cup servings
