Bourbon Balls

Ingredients
8 oz. semisweet chocolate, melted1 cup chopped pecans1/2 cup bourbon60 vanilla wafers, finely crushed1 2/3 cup sugar, divided1/4 cup light corn syrup
Directions
Cool chocolate to lukewarm. Combine wafer, pecans and 2/3 cup sugar. Pour in chocolate, bourbon, and syrup. Mix well. Shape into 1" balls and roll them in sugar. Place balls in container with a tight fitting lid. Moisten a paper towel with more bourbon. Line the lid with towel and seal. Let them set for 3 or 4 days before serving. Keeps 3-4 weeks unrefrigerated.
