Flounder in a Cooking Bag

Ingredients
1 tbsp flour (any kind)1 large size oven cooking bag8 flounder fillets (2 lbs)seasoned salt1 cup shredded Colby/Jack cheese2 medium zucchini, sliced diagonally2 medium tomatoes, chopped1 cup fresh mushrooms, sliced1/2 cup chopped green onions1 tsp dried basil1/4 pepper 1/8 tsp garlic powder2 tbsp butter, dicedpaprika
Directions
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Shake flour into cooking bag and place bag in 13x9 inch baking pan. Sprinkle fish with seasoned salt and cheese. Roll each fillet starting at the narrow end. Place fish rolls, seam side down, in center of the bag, forming two rows. Combine zucchini, tomato, mushrooms and onion; add basil pepper and garlic powder. Mix veggies & spices to blend. Arrange around the fish rolls.
Sprinkle fish with paprika and dot with butter. Close bag with its tie. Make 6 SMALL slits in top of bag to vent. Bake about 25 minutes or until flounder flakes easily with a fork. Enjoy!
