Ingredients
Tropicana Orange and Tangerine Juice, 4 oz Milk, 1%, .25 cup Stonyfield Farm Lowfat Plain Yogurt, .25 cup Whey Protein Powder, .5 serving Banana, fresh, .5 small Papayas, .5 small Strawberries, fresh, .5 cup, halves
Directions
Put everything in a blender, and whir! For a frotier shake, use a frozen banana half, or frozen strawberries. For a thicker creamier shake, add a tablespoon of ff, sf vanilla pudding mix. Use soy milk and omit yogurt (or sub tofu) for a vegan shake. This needs no sweetner - it is too good!
