Fresh Blackberry Cobbler

Ingredients
3 cups fresh blackberriesjuice of 1 lemon1/4 cup sugar1 cup white flour3/4 cup sugar1 tbsp baking soda1 cup milk 1%2 tbsp. unsalted sweet cream butter
Directions
Melt butter in 8x8 baking pan in oven preheated to 350 degrees

Add lemon juice and 1/4 cup sugar to blackberries and mix.

In a seperate bowl, mix flour, remaining sugar, milk, and baking soda.

Add batter to pan, pour over melted butter. Add blackberries on top. Bake in oven at 350 degrees for 40-45 minutes

Serves 12.

    This was ok. I think I would add some fresh peaches next time or more lemon juice. It seems to be missing something. - 6/20/10
