Fish with cheesy pea mash

2 x 200g potatoes125g packet frozen green peas1 tablespoons light sour cream1/8 cup grated parmesanblack pepper, to seasonolive oil spray2 x 150g firm white fish fillets (such as snapper or hoki)2 cups salad greens1/4 red onion, slicedlemon wedges, to serve
Step 1 Boil potatoes for 15 minutes, or until tender, adding peas in the last 5 minutes of cooking. Drain and mash. Stir in sour cream and parmesan. Season with pepper. Keep warm.
Step 2 Spray a frying pan with oil and heat over a medium heat. Cook fillets 4–5 minutes each side.
Step 3 In a salad bowl, combine salad greens with onion.
Step 4 Divide mash among serving plates. Top with fish. Serve with salad and lemon wedges.
