Spicy Black Beans and Cauliflower

Ingredients
1 C black beans, canned1 C cooked cauliflower1 T creamy peanut butter1 T San J Spicy Szechuan Sauce1 T minced garlic
Directions
Mix all ingredients together and heat for 1 minute in the microwave. Makes 1 serving. I like to pour this over my salad.
