Yogurt breakfast Parfait

Ingredients
3/4 organic, plain fat free yogurt1/2 thawed, frozen strawberriesabout 2 tsps. of sweetner as needed6-7 walnut halves3 tablespoons of old-fashioned oatmeal
Directions
measure out your yogurt and sweeten to taste - I like my still a bit tart.
measure out your fruit - I thaw mine in the microwave and then chop up a bit and add a little sweetner.
Place 1/3 yogurt in a pretty wine or water goblet
top with 1/3 fruit
crunch up 2 walnut halves on top and sprinkle with 1 tablespoon of Oatmeal.
Repeat 3 times - Your're done!
