Cinnamon Mocha 3-Minute Cake (Low sugar, Whole wheat)

Ingredients
King Arthur White Whole Wheat Flour (or other all-purpose flour), 4 TablespoonsSugar, 2.5 TablespoonsUnsweetened Cocoa Powder, 2 TablespoonsEspresso Powder, 1 TablespoonCinnamon, 1.5 tsp or to tasteTruvia Sweetener, 2 packetsSweetleaf Stevia Sweetener, 1 packetSilk Plain Soymilk, 8 Tbsp, (4 oz, half cup)Egg white, 1 serving
Directions
Mix dry ingredients, add wet ingredients, stir. Microwave on high for 3 minutes.

1/8 tsp vanilla would probably be a good addition-- forgot it when I made it this morning!

Makes two servings, so save some for later, or find a friend to share with. :)

[Note: This is technically an ovo-vegetarian recipe since it contains an egg white.]

    I recommend a large ceramic mug! I forgot to call it "Mug Cake" in the recipe... that might have made things easier. ;) Sorry about that!
