Sweet Gingered Baby Carrots

Ingredients
1 lb. baby carrots1/2 tsp. salt3 tbsp honey1 tbsp butter1/2 tsp. ginger, ground1/2 tsp. cinnamon, ground
Directions
In a medium saucepan add carrots, salt and enough water to cover a little higher than the carrots. Bring to a boil and reduce heat to allow carrots to simmer, covered, until carrots are fork tender (8-15 minutes depending on size of carrots).

Once carrots are done, drain all water and return carrots to saucepan. Add in honey, butter, ginger and cinnamon. Stir until well mixed and butter is melted. Serve hot.

Makes 4 - 4oz. servings.
