Ingredients
1 head of romaine lettuce, torn2 ripe tomatoes, chopped1/4 C sliced red onion1 cucumber, sliced into small piecesBunch of basil, choppedDressing1/3 C olive oil4 tsp lemon juice1 tsp honeysalt and pepper to taste
Directions
Mix lettuce, cucumber, onion, and basil together in a large salad bowl.

Whisk olive oil, fresh squeezed lemon juice and honey in a small bowl. Pour over salad and serve immediately.
