Ingredients
Chicken Breast, no skin cut into bite sized pieces (this tastes more authentic if the chicken was grilled)Romaine Lettuce (salad), 3 cup, shreddedFeista Ranch Dip (Hidden Valley 2 tablespponMilk, nonfat 2 tablespoons2 Tortilla Chips Sargento Reduced Fat Mexican Cheese 1/4 cupSalsa, 2 tbsp Sour Cream, reduced fat, .25 cupGuacamole Dip, 1 serving
Directions
Grill chicken with chili powder on top (or broil chicken in water with chilli powder on top)
once the chcken is cooked cut into bite side pieces
place salad in a bowl
add cooked chicken and cheese
mix the milk with the fiesta ranch dip and pore over salad
top with crushed tortilla chips, *salsa, sour cream and guacamole *(optional)
