Crab Cake Burgers

Ingredients
1 lb Crabmeat1 egg, beaten1/2 cup panko breadcrumbs1/2 cup light mayo2 tbsp chives, minced1 tbsp dijon mustard1 tbsp lemon juice1 tsp celery seed1 tsp onion powder1/4 tsp ground pepper1/2 tsp hot sauce (few dashes) - I use siracha1 tbsp extra virgin olive oil1 tbsp butter, unsalted
Directions
1 - mix all ingredients except oil and butter into a large bowl. Form into six patties once mixed.
2 - heat oil and butter in skillet over medium heat. cook patties until golden brown (3-5 min each side).

We serve with skinny buns and a leaf of romaine.
