I assume hashbrowns = the frozen kind in the store? I have made a similar recipe, but it was a shorter cook time, looking for a 'ready when I awake' version, will give this a go. Hope it's the frozen kind I'm buying. - 8/24/17

    This turned out great! :)
I cut it in half for my hubby and I (use 7 eggs) and my oval smart crock pot. It was done in 2hrs and I set it to warm overnight. We cut it in 1/4's. This is a do again when we have to be out the door by 6am! Next time I'll try adding onion, green bell pepper and mushroom - 3/12/15

When the recipe says "scramble", does that mean cook? I've never heard of that word to be used like "combine", but the word "pour" makes me think the eggs are still runny before turning on the crock pot. Anyone? - 10/9/12

Scramble in this sense refers to whisking, or mixing the eggs. Yes, you pour the eggs while raw into the crock.

Very good and easy! Used Jimmy Dean Turkey Sausage instead of ham. Will make again. It was great waking up with breakfast already ready to eat. - 4/25/11

Replaced turkey ham with lean turkey kielbasi. Still good. Will make a again. Added on a little salsa before rolling it up in the tortilla. Think I'll add a little ff sour cream next time. - 7/24/10

This is something I will try making when we have all the company at Thanksgiving. It seems like it would be terrific. I would try it today, but it would be too much for two people.
I will rate it then. Thank you. - 11/12/09
