Inn on the Creek, Creamy Potato soup mixLarge potato, dicedDiced HamCanned cornSteamed broccoli
Follow the instructions for making the soup mix first.
Cut up and steam the broccoli. Boil the diced potatoes. Add the ham, steamed broccoli, corn and diced potatoes.
Cook for 20 minutes. Makes more servings then on the soup because of the added food. I would guess it makes about 7 cup servings.
