Lowfat Banana Pudding

4 large bananas, sliced1 box low fat Nilla wafers1, 1.5 oz. box of sugar-free, fat-free vanilla instant pudding3 cups skim milk8 oz. fat free sour cream12 oz. fat free Cool Whip
Mix pudding mix with skim milk. Blend or whip until thick.
Add sour cream and blend thoroughly. Fold in Cool whip until well blended.
Line bottom of large bowl with Nilla wafers. Place two sliced bananas on
top of cookies. Pour half of pudding mixture over bananas. Repeat layers
in same order, using remaining bananas and pudding mixture. Save 8 or 10
Nilla wafers to crush for sprinkling on top. Keep in the refrigerator
until ready to serve.
Makes about 12 servings.
