Bread pita, whole-wheat, small : 1Broccoli, fresh : 0.5 cupRed Ripe tomatoes : 3 thin slicesEgg fresh : 1Cheddar cheese : 1 onceCottage cheese, non fat : 1 once
Bake your egg, to be able to place it on your pita after.
On the egg, in the middle, place your tomatoes
and around those, your broccoli.
Put the cottage cheese in the center
and the cheddar around it.
Place directly on the grill, for 15 minutes, at 350°.
Makes 1 beautiful serving!
