cabbage and coconut curry

Ingredients
Cabbage, fresh, 4 cup, shredded Sunflower Oil, 2 tbsp *Cumin seed, 1 tsp Lentils, 1 tbsp Onions, raw, 1 cup, chopped Water, tap, 1 cup (8 fl oz) Salt, 1 tbsp *Hot Chili Peppers, 2 pepper
Directions
add sunlfower oil to the pan

next add the cumin seeds and the lentils and fry them a bit .. and then add green chillies, the chopped onions and let they fry till they are brownish..
meanwhile boil the chopped cabbage .Once the onions are done add the boiled cabbage, salt and 1/2 cup water and cook till the cabbage is almost done sprinkle the shredded coconut and mix well and cook for 5 more mins till all the water evaporates.. serve hot with rice or bread/ naan.
