Ingredients
1/2 cup Tomato juice, without salt added2 TBS Olive Oil1 TBS Balsamic Vinegar1/4 tsp sugar1/2 tsp Dijon mustard I don't know how to calculate a "serving" or what constitutes a serving.
Directions
Combine all ingredients and whisk until blended.

Makes about 2/3 cup.

Use as a marinade or salad dressing.

    2/3 cup = 10 TB + 2tsp (which would give you about 5 servings).
    I used 2 TB for my 2 cup salad. Very good and a keeper. - 3/2/10
