Southewester Egg Casserole

6 sliced wheat bread, torn into bite-sized pieces1lb. cubed cooked ham1 C. reduced fat shredded cheddar cheese1.5 C. Southwestern Style Egg Beaters2 C. Milk (I use 1%)1 t. salt1/4 t. pepper
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Place bread in the bottom of a 9x13 panned sprayed with cooking spray.
Layer with ham and cheese.
In a medium bowl, mix Egg Beaters, milk, salt and pepper. Pour mixture over the bread.
Bake for 40-45 minutes or until egg mixture is set and edges are golden-brown.
