Perfect Protein Pancakes

Ingredients
2 eggs, beaten1 c ricotta1/2 c whey protein1 t baking powder1/4 t salt
Directions
Mix until smooth the eggs with the ricotta. Whisk in the rest of the ingredients. Over medium heat, cook pancakes until golden brown. Makes about 25 small pancakes.
