Ingredients
Add onion and garlic amounts to your liking. 1/2 can black whole olives chopped and 1 jar your choice of spagetti sauce 1 whole box of rotini or what ever pasta you likeEgg substitute, liquid (Egg Beaters), 0.25 cup Parmesan Cheese, shredded, 4 tbsp Black Olives, 1 cupGarlic, 2 tsp Onions, raw, 0.50 cup, choppedHealthy Harvest Pasta, Rotini, 13.25 oz Jennie-O Extra Lean Ground Turkey, 16 oz Kroger Lowfat Cottage Cheese, 2 cup Kraft Natural Fat Free Mozzarella or Chedder Cheese, 1.75 cup layered pan goes: sauce no meat, noodles, egg/cheese mixture, meat sauce, black olives, mozzarella cheese, noodles, meat sauce top layer is mozzarella
Directions
Cook ground turkey adding minced garlic and chopped onion while water for pasta is heating up. Add pasta to boiling water cook to your doneness. Add pasta sauce to turkey mixture, reserving 1/2 cup to coat 9x13 pan. In a small bowl add egg sub, cottage cheese and shredded parmasan cheese. Begin layering ingredients into 9x13 dish. Noodles, cheese/egg mixture, meat sauce, black olives, mozzarella cheese. Last layer is remaining mozzarella cheese. Bake at 350 for 30 mins or till cheese is melted.
