Dutch Baby w/ apples and pears

Ingredients
6 tbsp butter2 tsp cinnamon1/2 cup sugar2 large apples (or other fruit)for pie crust:4 eggs1 cup flour1 cup milk
Directions
pre-heat oven to 425 degrees
mix eggs, flour and milk together to create batter
in oven safe pan, melt butter, add fruit, sugar, cinnamon, cook til fruit is translucent
Pour batter over fruit
bake 15 min
dust w/ powdered sugar
