Low fat mashed potatoes

Ingredients
potatoes, water, butter
Directions
Clean and cut potatoes until about 2 inches in size. Boil potatoes with skin. Drain all but keep a cup of the water. Mash potatoes in pan, return water into pan and blend with potatoes. Add butter. Serve
