Easy Mashed Potatoes

Ingredients
3 Small Potatoes raw1 Tbsp. Blue Bonnet Light1/2 c. Skim fat free milksalt and pepper to taste
Directions
Makes about 3 1/2- 4 servings.

Peel potatoes then cut into 1 inch cubes.

Boil for approx. 20-30 min (makes them extra soft and easy to mash with a fork)

Drain.

Mash potatoes in a bowl with a fork.

Add butter, milk, salt, and pepper.

Mix and mash until the mixture is blended.

Enjoy!
