Tzatziki Sauce (Serving = 1/4 cup)

Ingredients
2 cups nonfat plain greek yougurt (16 oz container)1 medium cucumber, peeled, seeded, and grated2 Tbsp fresh lemon juice (juice of one lemon)2 cloves garlic, minced2 sprigs dills, chopped (stems removed)1/4 tsp kosher salt1/4 tsp ground black pepper
Directions
Place shredded cucumber between several layers of paper towels. Press out moisture.
Mix all ingredients together until well blended.
If possible, refrigerate at least a couple of hours for flavors to meld.
Makes about 8 servings
1/4 cup per serving.
