Ingredients
1 lb lean ground beef, browned1 c onion chopped2 c tomato juice12 oz spaghetti, cooked2 TB chili powder
Directions
Brown ground beef in skillet. Cook spaghetti according to directions on box. Add all ingredients to crock pot and cook of low for 4 hours. makes 8 - 10 servings. (Can also add cheese on top. Not included in calorie count.)

    This is almost exactly how my mom made when I was little! The only difference is that she adds chili beans. This recipe is delicious! - 1/17/10
