Tomato Macaroni soup

Ingredients
1 large can of tomato juice (with salt)1 can of crushed tomatoes2 cans of chicken broth (and two cans of water)1/2 box of whole wheat noodles (around 200 grams)1 cup carrot chopped1 cup of onions chopped1 cup celery chopped1 cup red onion choppedcilantro, salt and pepper to taste. I also added oregano.
Directions
Makes 12 1 cup servings.

Saute vegetables in pam to soften
add chicken stock, tomato juice and crushed tomatoes

when cooked through... add the noodles.. cook until noodles are soft

serve
