Ingredients
4 skinless, boneless chicken breasts pounded thin4 thin slices of low fat deli ham4 slices low fat Swiss Cheese1 can cream of mushroom soup1/4 cup low fat milk
Directions
One each chicken breat layer ham and cheese. Rool up and secure with toothpick. In a small bowl, combine milk and soup. Place chicken in crockpot. Pour soup mixture over chicken. Cover
Cook on low 6 to 8 hours.
