Homemade Cornbread

Ingredients
1 c. Cornmeal1 c. White Flour3 tbsp Sugar4 tsp Baking Powder1/2 tsp Salt1 lg Egg1/2 c 2% Milk
Directions
Combine all ingredients in a large mixing bowl. Stir until well mixed. Spray a 9" pie plate w/ cooking spray. Pour cornbread mixture into pie plate. Bake @ 425 for 20-23 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in the middle comes out clean.
