Ingredients
3 oz. Fresh Buffalo Mozzarella1 large Tomato5 Basil Leaves1 Tbl. EVOO1 Tbl. Balsamic Vinegar
Directions
Arrange sliced tomato and mozzarella on a plate. Top with finely julienned (chiffonade) basil. Drizzle with EVOO and Balsamic vinegar. Top with cracked black pepper.
