Honey Roasted Peanuts

Ingredients
2 c. dry roasted peanuts, shelled and unsalted2 tbsp. each honey and unsalted butter2 dashes salt
Directions
Boil honey and butter for a couple seconds. Pour over the peanuts and stir well. Spread nuts on a cookie sheet. Sprinkle salt over the nuts.

Bake at 350F for 10 minutes, stiring a couple times to ensure an even golden brown colour. Careful not to burn!

Makes 6 - 1/3 cup servings.
