Simple & Basic Egg White Omelette

Ingredients
5 large eggsSalt, pepper - dash each (or to taste)1/2-3/4 c fresh veggies (i.e., peppers & onions, broccoli, diced tomatoes)*Non-stick spray*veggies not included in nutritional count.
Directions
Break and discard* egg yolks in small bowl.
Mix in veggies of choice.
Spray large non-stick pan with cooking spray. Heat on medium-high.
Add egg mixture, cook until done. OPTIONAL: Top with salsa and/or LF cheese.

ENJOY!

*to discard yolks I use an egg separator sold by Pampered Chef

**remember to include whatever veggies you add to your nutritional tracker.

    it was good for my first one ever. lol

    I added 1 whole egg also and a bit of sliced turkey, other than that it as listed above.
