Easy Chicken Gravy

Ingredients
1 TBS butter1 TBS olive oil2 TBS flour1 can good quality chicken brothspices (garlic powder, onion powder, pepper, salt, sage, thyme)1 TBS corn starch
Directions
Melt butter & olive oil. Add flour & brown for 30-45 seconds. Whisk in broth. Add spices to taste. Bring to a simmer to thicken. If not thick enough, make a slurry with corn starch (equal parts starch & cool water whisked together) and whisk into gravy. Makes 8 1/4c servings.
