Taryn's Healthy Rotini Lasagne

Ingredients
1 box multigrain rotini noodles1 can (26 oz.) Hunt's Roasted Onion and Garlic Spaghetti Sauce16 oz. lean ground turkey.75 C. fat free ricotta.75 C. fat free shredded mozzarella cheese10 tbsp grated parmesan topping
Directions
Preheat oven to 350. Cook noodles until done to your liking. Cook ground turkey until no longer pink. Mix ricotta cheese, mozzarella cheese, and 2 tbsp parmesan cheese in medium bowl. Combine ground turkey, noodles, and sauce. Stir until mixed thoroughly. In glass casserole dish, layer the noodle mixture with the cheese mixture, ending with noodle mixture. Sprinkle remaining 8 tbsp parmesan cheese over top. Cover with aluminum foil and bake for approx one-half hour, or until all cheese is melted. Makes approx. 18 1-Cup servings.
