Ingredients
2 lb. beef, bottom round roast4 tsp. Italian herb seasoning mix1tsp. salt1 Tbsp. pepper3 Tbsp. extra virgin olive oil8 oz. cabernet savignon4 Tbsp. white vinegar1 large onion, chopped2 cloves garlic, chopped3-4 cups water
Directions
Mix all ingredients together in a slow cooker. Add roast. Cook on high for 6-8 hours.
