Ingredients
3/4 c egg substitute2 c. applesauce, unsweetened10 t. artificial sweetener3 small to med zuccini3 t. vanilla extract2.5 c. whole wheat flour1 t. cinnamon1 t. nutmeg1 t. allspice1 t. baking soda
Directions
Combine all ingredients. Spray Pam over 1 large or 2 small bread pans. Pour mixture into pan(s) and bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour. Serves 12.
