Delicious! I had mine with Kashi crackers and baby carrots for lunch. Will be making this to pack in my lunch cooler again. - 4/12/10

The flavor wasn't worth the cost of the meal. At $3.79/can of salmon, I should have just used tuna. No offense to Paula Dean or the person that posted this recipe, but this one goes in the recyling bin. - 2/28/10

Loved this. Had a very bright, fresh taste. I used one of the 2.6 oz packets of salmon, so I scaled the quantities of everything back and got just enough to give me a few servings of a quick protein snack. My picky husband won't touch salmon so I'm thinking of trying with tuna as well. - 1/27/10
