* *Splenda Sugar Blend for Baking, 48 tsp (1 cup) * Brown Sugar, half cup, packed * *Whole Wheat Flour, half cup * *Flour, white, 2 cup * Country Crock, Shedd's Spread Country Crock Plus Calcium & Vitamins (Soft),half cup * Baking Soda, 1 tsp * Egg, fresh, 2 large *Macadamia Nuts, 1 cup, whole or halves The original recipe Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Cream together until smooth:1 c. butter, softened3/4 c. sugar3/4 c. brown sugar1 tsp. vanillaBeat and add:2 eggsMix together and add gradually:2 1/4 c. unsifted flour1 tsp. baking sodaStir in:1 pkg. white chocolate chips1 jar chopped Macadamia nutsDrop batter by well-rounded teaspoonful onto ungreased cookie sheet. Bake 8 to 10 minutes in moderate oven (375 degrees). Be careful not to over bake!(The recipe calls for 1 teaspoon of salt to be added together with the flour and soda. When using Macadamia nuts, I leave this out because the nuts are quite salty.)
I spray the pan with butter spray ,and the top of the cookies.
