1 c. Bob's Red Mill Muesli oatmeal blend 1c. Skim Milk1c. Dannon Lite n Fit vanilla yogurt1 sm. Green Apples; small chop1 sm. Bananas; sliced
Mix all ingredients together. Let sit for 1-3 hrs and serve. You can add diffrent dried fruit to the mix if you like. I would suggest currents, cherrys, or any dried berry. Makes 3 servings
