Cheese Quesadilla with Guacamole

Ingredients
1 Whole Wheat Flour Tortilla28 gr Monterey Jack Cheese1 Tbsp Guacamole
Directions
Makes 1 Quesadilla

Heat skillet or grill.

Slice cheese.
Put cheese onto half of tortilla. Spread guacamole over cheese. Fold tortilla over cheese and guacamole.
Place into skillet or onto grill. Cook until lightly browned. Flip and repeat.
